Chapter 3/4 Test Tuesday

After a fairly high scoring pretest on chapter 3 last week we are having a test over chapter 3 and a few parts of chp 4 (gender role vs identity, androgynous) on Tuesday.

Including:

     physical abilities and ages (rolling over, walking, etc)
     developments theories (Piaget, Freud, Erikson, Kolhberg)
     Gender
     Parenting styles (authoritarian, democratic, permissive)
     Personality (id, ego, superego)

Developmental Theories

We've been looking at chapter 3 (development theories).  By now students should be able to identify the names of Piaget's, Freud's, and Erikson's theories as well as the ages, stages, and abilities that go along with each.  You also need to know the ages for specific abilities in section one of the chapter (timeline plus first words and potty training)
